Conditions for return and exchange

The return period has been extended for all orders until 31/01/2025.
Shop with peace of mind during the Black Friday and holiday season, knowing that you can return your purchases without worry.

Conditions to proceed with a return request for products purchased online or replacement for items purchased in the store:

  • the products must not have been used, modified, personalised or engraved.
  • Return items must be placed inside their original packaging together with the warranty.
  • No more than 30 days must elapse from receipt of the products or from the date shown on the receipt.

1. RETURN FOR ORDERS PAID ONLINE (valid for Italy only)

We offer you the possibility of returning products paid online on Kronoshop.com for free up to 30 days from the delivery date.
The return procedure is simple and fast: just forward the request from your account by following our DETAILED GUIDE.

1.1 HOME COLLECTION (valid for Italy only)

The UPS courier will collect the goods free of charge on the day and at the address you selected. Once we have received your return we will credit it within 14 days from the collection date.
If you have received a defective or incorrect product, contact us at team@damante.it by forwarding photos of the product received.
It is not possible to return or replace an item purchased online in store.

PLEASE NOTE:
The courier carries out collections only on weekdays between 9am and 6pm. It is not possible to choose a collection time.
If the courier informs us that the package was not collected on the day indicated by you, we can schedule a new collection.
After two unsuccessful collections, the return shipping will be at your expense: €4.90 will be deducted from the refund amount.
If we do not receive your package within 10 days of the expected return shipping date, the return will be refused.

1.2 DELIVERY TO A POINT OF SALE (valid for Italy only)

Within 30 days of home delivery or in-store collection of an order paid online, you can deliver your return to an authorized D'Amante point of sale, choosing:

  • replacement in store with items of equal or greater value;
  • online refund.

In the latter case, the credit will be made within 14 days from the delivery date.

PLEASE NOTE:
If you do not deliver your package within 10 days from the date you initiated the return process, the return will be refused.
 
1.3 INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

The UPS courier will collect the return within three days following the acceptance of the return, at the address you selected in the return form completed and submitted online. Once we have received your return, we will process the refund within 14 days from the collection date. If you have received a defective or incorrect product, please contact us at team@damante.com, forwarding photos of the product received.
Simply submit the return report following the DETAILED GUIDEselect an indicative collection date and the courier will collect the return within three days following the acceptance.

PLEASE NOTE:
If we do not receive your package within 10 days of the expected return shipping date, the return will be refused.


2.ONLINE REFUND

The credit will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase within 14 days from the date of collection of the return by the courier or delivery of the package to one of our authorized jewelers.
We will send you an email as soon as we have processed the return and authorized the refund.
If you have received a confirmation of refund, but it is not shown on the payment method used for the purchase, we invite you to contact the bank or company that owns the credit/debit card.
In this case, the refund was correctly made by Kronoshop D'Amante, but the crediting times depend on the banking institution.
If you used a Voucher relating to your D'Amante Card in your order this will not be restored. For more information, consult the regulations.
If you used an online gift card, the amount will be returned to the same gift card.
We reserve the right to check the contents of the package before proceeding with the refund and to refuse the return if the conditions indicated above have not been respected.
 

3. REPLACEMENT FOR PRODUCTS PAID FOR AT THE POINT OF SALE**

For orders placed with the Pick&Pay method and paid when collected in-store or for purchases in-store it will not be possible to proceed with the credit.
You will not have to start the return process online but you can request the replacement directly in store by the date shown on the receipt.
The replacement can take place only once - for intact and unworn items - with a jewel or watch of equal or greater value.
