Return and conditions

Return conditions:

• The return is free and guaranteed within 30 days from the date of delivery or from the picking in-store of the order paid online.
• The items to be returned must be included in their original packaging together with the warranty and placed in a box suitable for shipping.

How to activate the return procedure on D’Amante

• Log in to kronoshop.com
• Enter the "My orders" section
• Click on the order to return.
• Under the heading "Item details" you will find the product of interest. Click "Return this item" and enter the "Return Authorization Request Form".
• Motivate your request in the appropriate section.
• Choose the address
• The pickup date may take place within 3 days of acceptance
• Send the return request.
• Wait for confirmation and print the label you find in the "My returns" section.
• Carefully follow the instructions that you will find together with the return labels.
